Ending D.E.A.th & Pillage Incrementally
http://endingcannabisprohibition.yuku.com/topic/1820

This is all happening during prohibition in a Ganjawar. For that reason 1-502 and any other way to change the mindsets and finally kill the reefer madness diversion is a good thing for all of the people, using or not. But least we never forget why we are in this Ganjawar since 1937 is due to Wall St. lobbying cajoling and coercing the government. Hemp is more of a reason to serve the goal of perpetuation by eliminating it from the market, than recreational only competing against booze and its infrastructure corporations. All three under prohibition leave alternatives either directly harmful as with cotton, booze and fossil fools. Or indirectly as with factory farms, mercury fish-oil and exporting cattle. This bait and switch catch 22 double speak and demonizing have absolutely nothing to do with saveding the kiddies. Same neocon smoke and mirrors they use against anything. When we are ready to deal with the truth of the matter, then we can end this abomination. Getting the denialists and only remaining diehards, the profiteers. Called on their lies, diversions and red herring headlines the corporate media uses, keeping us confused and apathetic. For gawd sakes wake up, its the money stupids!  The Ganjawar is a product they sell to keep their crap in the stores.

As sir Hilary said...

QUESTION: In Mexico, there are those who propose not keeping going with this battle and legalize drug trafficking and consumption. What is your opinion?
SECRETARY CLINTON: I don’t think that will work. I mean, I hear the same debate. I hear it in my country. It is not likely to work. There is just too much money in it,

“I know that most men, including those at ease with problems of the greatest complexity, can seldom accept even the simplest and most obvious truth if it be such as would oblige them to admit the falsity of conclusions which they have delighted in explaining to colleagues, which they have proudly taught to others, and which they have woven, thread by thread, into the fabric of their lives.” - Tolstoy

Imho state initiatives have jurisdiction over individuals consumption, but the feds have it for sales, including charity give-aways. At least according to Raich v Gonzales. For anything over a "reasonable" amount one individual would likely consume. Meaning the feds never have busted individuals and the state politicians know this and write these state initiatives to protect their profits in the form of tax paid for enforcement. The feds have already established that a reasonable amount for one individual is 300 joints every 25 days. Or 12 per day. That is what they grow, crush, roll and ship to the 4 remaining IND patients. So it seems CA is still the only state permitting a reasonable amount for individuals. With the 1996 Compassionate Use Act. Note this is not the mmj act as other states have on the books. Bottom line is now Washington and Colorado have been suckered into limits from these initiatives. Limits to quantity and even blood levels. Since it is up to the states to regulate individuals you could have had what CA has. Or Alaska but again limited to small amounts arbitrarily decided by politicians not patients or individual needs. Now WA is limited to one ounce and still under the commerce clause as far as selling or growing larger amounts. Meaning the feds will bust buyers clubs under the IRS the same as they do in CA.

As far as growing enough to sell or selling it or giving it away as WAMM argued, its all Federal jurisdiction and no state can over ride it with initiatives. The states right to govern individuals is protected by the 10th amendment, but not if it becomes commerce or is more than an individual could consume. At the end of the day only CA is legal for individuals to use in any manner they deem fit. Call it recreational if you wish but stress is a legitimate use. Not to sell though. That will require overturning the bogus CSA. So, not being an Obamaite or even voting for him I still have to say he did not lie about not busting individuals or patients. He hasn't. He nor any of the other candidates except Kucinich even implied they would end prohibition or permit buyers clubs. Not for the reasons given that they won't waste funds. That is true in that they never budget for grow ops less that 99 plants. But its not that they are being nice nice. They have no authority to govern individuals in states legalizing personal use. But the states can bust you. Actually most of the arrests are in states without even minimal protection from initiatives. Also the individual is only permitted to use under the guidelines of the state initiative. If it says doctors and piss tastes then so be it. Again only CA has no restrictions on reasonable amounts, testing, thc or even where it can be grown. I find this to be a demerit on the advocacy groups trying to slide by with BS. This isn't rocket science St Pierre. Why string these people along to end up with less than they could have had. Ask him how does one grow an ounce or less?

We have always known the reason for prohibition is to eliminate competition and concern for the health of the people is laughable since they cage you as a deterrent. When Nixon added medicinal and hemp after the marijuana tax act was overturned it was more clear. Now with this obvious fascism does anyone really think they would have just let it all go and just give it to the people? As it stands the DEA has patents on several cannabinoids. X deputy drug czar Grubbs Barthwell is heading up Sativex sublingual spray with Bayer distributing. Using the Mississippi schwag farm pot as they do for the IND patients and NIDA gossip. Keeping it in Big Pharma and more importantly keeping Hemp and more than reasonable amounts in states with no laws on the books, outlawed and off the market shelves competing with the fossil fools, meat, and GMO cotton crops. Plus the chemical poisons not used on hemp. Plus the side effect meds not needed for Ganja. At the end of the day we the people have been duped, again. Except I'm in CA growing a reasonable amount for myself with no politician of cop in sight. Even the corporate property managers try to ban legal patients as being against the feds CSA. I think it needs a court case as a precedent. Sorry, but I agree that you should have listened to those opposed and not just wrote them off as greedy. Those pushing CA prop 19 were in it for the money and it would have lessened the rights provided by prop 215. I'm not sure what WA had before this initiative but it may prove the limits without a place to legally buy it are a hindrance more than an aid. Come on Allen, show me where my theory is flawed and if not stop hiding the info for political reasons to push more to get more donations. Even if they are a waste of time, money and energy. States need to remove all hurdles for individuals and then we all have to overturn the CSA and remove hemp and Ganja from the mix.

Granite Staters ask each candidate where they stand on DEA raids of medical users and what they would do as President. Senators Joe Biden, Hilary Clinton, Barack Obama, Chris Dodd, and John Edwards all claim they would end the raids on medical patients in med-pot states, but I am unconvinced. Richardson, Obama, Clinton, Edwards, Dodd and Biden all favor keeping non-medical marijuana use criminal, and all five Senators voted to authorize The Patriot Act.

http://endingcannabisprohibition.yuku.com/topic/1175

"marijuana" according to the feds, has no medicinal use. They are not saying THC has no medicinal use, just smoking it has none, and should remain schedule#1. Sublingually hasn't been approved in the US, leaving synthetics, as they have had since the 50's or longer.
